What is a Tea & Tour?

  • Our Tea & Tour events are curated for visitors to explore designer homes, luxury event venues and high-end design firms while enjoying tea and light bites, featuring our heirloom china rental collection.

  • Connection is a core part of our process. We want you to use this opportunity to reconnect with and thank your valued clients; perhaps even bring you new ones. We value expressions of gratitude and longevity for your business.

  • We bring hospitable experience that will encourage engagement, and keep your Tea & Tour event moving with purpose. Is there a special date you would like to honor? Are you releasing a new product or service? Bring our Tea & Tour experience to your audience.

  • We are extremely selective when inviting vendors to tour with us. We have set the bar high, as we expect the very best for our clients and anticipate making a lasting impression that will have your guests coming back for more.

  • We often include optional newsletter signups, door prizes, swag bags and resources to help you keep your guests engaged and connected. Your Tea & Tour will be a memorable event for sure.

Sample Itinerary

  • We require at least two hours to setup the Buffet Style Tea experience for your guests.

    Food expense is the responsibility of you, the host, and should be covered at your discretion.

    Additionally, any vendors selected to tour with us will also be required to setup two hours prior to the Tea & Tour event.

  • Guests will be greeted upon arrival, issued one of our exclusive Tea Passports, then invited to partake of the tea buffet. Guests are welcome to tour with their teacup in hand at the hosts discretion. From here, your team member will guide the visitor to the rest of the venue.

  • This is your time to thank all of your guests, invite a question and answer segment, state closing remarks or share special announcements.

    Upon exiting, visitors who have completed their Tea Passport may be awarded a prize.

    All teacups must be returned.

  • We will require at least two hours for cleanup and teardown at the conclusion of the Tea & Tour. Access to a sink is preferred.
